Years ago I received an older wolf leg pelt as part of a trade. Leg pelts are an odd concept for me; A portion of an animal completely removed from the context of its original form. I wanted to return some life and motion to this beautiful creature, and thus the ‘Waking the Wolf’ concept was born.
Materials: Argentium sterling silver, sterling silver, 14k gold, copper and wolf claws.
